Inclusions:
● Includes a standard custom cake; 8” round or square custom decorated sheet cake or 20 custom decorated cupcakes.
● Includes food as indicated below.
● 20 cupcakes; with batter matching the cake, portioned for individual servings.
● 20 managed invitations; Custom printed and mailed invitations as well as email and SMS invitations to 20 households, 3 RSVP follow ups, and a final RSVP count 2 weeks prior to event.
● 2 hours of event decoration and venue setup. Decoration theme will be discussed and coordinated during initial consultation. Decorations purchasing is not included and will be billed at cost.
● A managed premium activity module for 3-hours; lite esports, backyard movie, face painting or Henna set up and managed.
● Vendor management: full coordination of external meal vendors such as pizza or catering providers
● Two 45 minute event consultations; to discuss custom cake theme, part logistics and event flow.
Flexible Food Policy:
The base price includes a $200 food and beverage allowance.
● This allowance covers standard catering costs
● The allowance is refundable if the client chooses to coordinate all food and beverage service independently
● Bespoke, premium, or complex menu options are handled on a transparent cost-plus basis above the $200 allowance
