Face Paint | Henna

This activity station brings professional-grade face painting and henna art directly to your venue. Designs are crafted with high-quality paints, cosmetic glitters, and skin-safe materials, applied with attention to detail and hygiene.

Face painting is structured for efficient flow. Each design is paced at approximately 8–10 minutes, allowing participants to rotate smoothly so more guests can take part without long wait times. The result is a steady rhythm rather than a bottleneck.

Henna art offers a slightly longer, more detailed option for older children and adults who prefer something elegant and lasting.

Best suited for ages 3 and up, this station works beautifully in backyard gatherings, indoor venues, and mixed-age celebrations.

Digital Cameras

Capture the celebration from every angle — without relying on a single photographer.

The Digital Photo Studio places multiple handheld digital cameras into the hands of your guests, allowing children and adults to document the event in real time. Instead of single-use instant cameras, images are saved to secure SD storage and routed to a central system.

Up to twelve cameras circulate throughout the gathering.

A dedicated on-site printer produces physical copies during the event, while the host receives the complete digital photo library after the celebration.

This module balances immediacy and permanence — guests see their photos instantly, and families retain a full-resolution archive.

Silent Disco

The Silent Disco Experience transforms your venue into a private dance floor powered by up to 20 wireless headphones. Guests select from one of 3 preferred audio channels and control their own volume, creating a shared environment that is immersive yet contained.

Because sound is delivered directly to each participant, music remains clear and powerful without overwhelming conversation areas or neighboring homes. Adults can talk comfortably nearby while children dance at full energy- or vise versa!

Multiple audio channels allow flexible programming — family-friendly playlists, teen favorites, or curated theme music to match the celebration.

This is structured engagement, not background music. Lighting, pacing, and host-led transitions can be integrated to shape the flow of the dance experience.

Back Yard Movie

Transform your outdoor space into a private, open-air theater.

The Backyard Cinema Experience features a 150” premium ambient-light-rejecting projection screen paired with a 5000-lumen laser projector for bright, high-contrast image quality. The result is a large-format viewing experience designed for clarity and immersion.

Guests listen through wireless silent-disco headphones, creating clean, personal audio without disturbing neighbors. Multiple channels allow flexible volume control and clear dialogue for both children and adults.

This is not a sheet hung on a fence. It is a calibrated setup built for image stability, structured seating flow, and controlled start times.
