For the host who wants a beautiful anchor without full support.
Sweet & Simple is centered around custom dessert design and planning support. It is ideal for hosts who are comfortable managing food, flow, and guests themselves, but want a professionally crafted focal point, decoration and planning help as well as invitation logistics.
This tier includes:
A custom-designed cake, cookies or cupcakes for 20
Coordinated decorations
Managed digital invitations
Drop-off and setup assistance
On the day of the event, you handle hosting. We deliver and set the stage for you.
Sweet & Simple works well for:
– Smaller gatherings
– Backyard birthdays
– Individuals who enjoy hosting but want a visual and experiential upgrade

A Hosted Experience
For the host who wants to stay present while someone else carries the logistics.
This tier adds on-site hosting support and structured experience management. It removes the pressure of decor, pacing, and transitions, and guest engagement.
Before the event, we conduct a vision session to finalize design, theme, and logistics. On the day of the event, a Hearthlight host manages the premium experience configuration, oversees timing, and ensures guests are welcomed and directed.

A custom-designed cake, cookies or cupcakes for 20
Dessert or hospitality beverage table setup
Managed digital invitations
One premium experience configuration (fully hosted)
45-minute vision and planning session
On-site host for three hours
The Hosted Experience works well for:
– Events with larger guest counts
– Hosts who want to participate in the event
– Events where structure matters

Package Builder
For the host who wants to design something unique.
The Package Builder is our most flexible offering. It allows hosts to assemble the exact experience they need—from a single experience to a fully coordinated celebration.
Some clients use this tier for a simple hosted moment, such as Halloween face painting or a backyard movie night. Others use it for milestone celebrations, reunions, or meaningful gatherings where thoughtful planning and smooth execution matter.
We begin with a consultation session to understand the purpose of the event, the guest mix, and the environment. From there we design a custom combination of activities, hosting support, décor elements, and logistics suited to the occasion.
The Package Builder works well for:
Families planning milestone birthdays or reunions
Parents who want multiple activity modules coordinated together
Gatherings where the purpose of the event deserves thoughtful design
Events that fall outside a traditional party format
Pricing for the Package Builder is developed after the planning session based on the scope of the event.
