Sweet & Simple is centered around custom dessert design and planning support. It is ideal for parents who are comfortable managing food, flow, and guests themselves, but want a professionally crafted focal point, decoration and planning help as well as invitation logistics.
This tier includes:

• Drop-off and setup assistance
On the day of the event, you handle hosting. We deliver and set the stage for you.

This tier adds on-site hosting support and structured activity management. It removes the pressure of decor, pacing, and transitions, and guest engagement.
Before the event, we conduct a vision session to finalize design, theme, and logistics. On the day of the event, a Hearthlight host manages the premium activity module, oversees timing, and ensures guests are welcomed and directed.

45-minute vision and planning session
