Meet the Team
Meet Jasmine
Creative Director
A wife, mother of three, and Pre-K teacher by vocation, she is practiced in shaping environments where children feel steady and cared for. In her classroom and at events alike, her presence brings calm and clarity.
Jasmine leads the visual and experiential design of each celebration. She develops cake themes, shapes décor, refines layout, and sets the tone for the room before guests arrive. Beauty, to her, is not decoration — it is preparation.
During client vision sessions, she listens carefully — not only to color palettes and themes, but to the heart of what a family hopes the gathering will feel like. She translates those conversations into tangible details, building trust through attentiveness and follow-through.
At events, she moves quietly through the space — greeting families, adjusting details, kneeling to speak with children at eye level, guiding the energy of the room. She carries the relational center of the celebration, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and at ease.
When Jasmine hosts, the atmosphere settles and the experience feels intentional from beginning to end.
Meet David
Operations Manager
A construction superintendent by trade, he is trained to manage timelines, budgets, sequencing, and quality control. He thrives when moving parts align properly and commitments are kept. A clear scope, a clean schedule, and disciplined execution are not abstractions to him — they are daily practice.
But Hearthlight did not begin as a project. It began as a conviction.
David has a deep desire for families to experience gatherings that are genuinely satisfying — not hurried, not fragmented, not overshadowed by logistics. He believes parents should have time back during their own celebrations, free to enjoy the people they invited.
At Hearthlight, he designs the systems that make that possible. He oversees logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and technical setups for advanced packages. He builds the structure so that beauty and connection can unfold without friction.
He enjoys children and the energy they bring to a room. He understands how to shape experiences that are engaging without becoming chaotic. On event days, he works at the edges — adjusting timing, solving problems before they surface, keeping the flow intact so families can remain present.
