● Desert table setup; a folding table decorated and set up with a Cake stand and cupcakes artfully placed. Plates, napkins and utensils. coffee/tea in a carafe with cup and lids.
● Simple site decoration package; Sourcing and setup of 4 vinyl table cloths, 40 plates, 20 cups, forks, spoons, napkins, 10 6”x6” cut theme decorations, 1 cake or present table hanging banner. (Theme package does not include trademark usage)
● 20 managed invitations; Email and SMS invitations to 20 households, 3 RSVP follow ups, and a final RSVP count 2 weeks prior to event.
● A managed premium activity module for 3-hours; lite esports, backyard movie, face painting or Henna set up and managed.
● 45 minute event consultation; to discuss custom cake theme, part logistics and event flow.
This package does not include coordination of external vendors or food service.
